Letter to the Parent

Dear Parent,

Our children are not "bad." They are good people making "bad" choices. Parents love their children and provide everything possible for them, yet kids still find trouble with drugs, alcohol, friends and school. It is time to understand that You have no power over your someone else’s choices. It’s time to make a change.

Recognizing there is a problem and making the choice to intervene on behalf of your child
takes great courage and strength.

• if you give into the problem it might fix itself?

I can assure you that through support and education you CAN begin to take back the power you have been giving away little by little.
